PLEASE NOTE: BATTERIES ARE NON-RETURNABLE. BY BUYING ONE YOU ACCEPT THAT AS A CONDITION OF SALE. THIS IS BECAUSE A FAULTY MAIN UNIT CAN DAMAGE A NEW BATTERY THE MOMENT IT IS CONNECTED, AND MISDIAGNOSIS IS COMMON.

This is a genuine Dyson USED battery for the V11 (SV14). Some V11 batteries release with a red button, this is NOT one of those. This type releases with three screws.

Please check the photos carefully as we don't want "doesn't fit" returns.

These are used batteries that have been charged and bench tested by our engineers, and all run for over 8 minutes on max, from a full charge, without a floor tool fitted. (New ones tend to run for about 9-10 minutes so there's still adequate life in these. Real-world usage will vary and may be less or much more if not used on max).

As they have been tested and timed to flat, they will arrive flat and need fully charging before use.

Please bear in mind that these are not new so they will have marks and scuffs on them commensurate with previous use. We don't clean and polish them before sending them at this price.
