This is the white nylon wheel together with retaining circlip that is to be found in Dyson clutches from models DC03 (including metal wheel types), DC04 (including Zorbster), DC07, DC14, DC27 and DC33.

The location of these components is shown in photo 2.

You will also need Torx screwdrivers to strip down a clutch and a brushroll removal tool which you can find in the related items below.
