UK delivery options
Free delivery is available by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (economy) on all orders over £30.
For orders under £30, Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £3.99.
You can also upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £6.99 on any order.
All services are tracked, and you will usually receive email and SMS updates from Royal Mail. We dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually the same or next working day. If there is ever a delay, we will contact you.
Tracked 24 explained (faster service)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 normally delivers within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Please note the emphasis on working days, as weekends and bank holidays are not included.
Our weekday order cut-off is around 1.30 pm, when Royal Mail collects from us:
- If you order on Monday morning, we usually dispatch the same day and delivery will be Tuesday or Wednesday.
- If you order after 1.30 pm on Friday, your parcel will be collected on Monday and delivery will be Tuesday or Wednesday.
This means that an order placed late on Friday or over the weekend will not arrive on Saturday. It will leave us on Monday and arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.
Tracked 48 (economy service)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually delivers in 2–5 working days. Most orders arrive quickly, but delivery can take a little longer during busy periods or in remote areas.
Late or missing deliveries
Royal Mail’s official policy allows up to 18 working days before an item is classed as lost, although in practice most parcels arrive within a week.
If your delivery seems delayed, please first check your Royal Mail tracking. If the tracking shows the item is still in transit, it is on its way and no further action is needed at that stage.
If the tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Look carefully at your Royal Mail tracking online, which will include a delivery photo and a map location.
- Check with neighbours and any safe places.
- Look for delivery cards, although sometimes none are left.
Royal Mail delivery scans are GPS-based and cannot be faked. A delivery scan, together with the photo and map location shown on Royal Mail’s website, is irrefutable proof that the parcel was delivered to the location shown. In most cases where customers cannot immediately locate a parcel, it is later found at a neighbour’s, in a designated safe place, or at the local delivery office.
Delivery to insecure locations: if you live in a communal or unsecured building, mail delivered there or to a neighbour will be considered delivered. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels once Royal Mail confirm delivery.
Safe place deliveries: if you have a designated safe place registered with Royal Mail, tracking will show “Delivered to Safe Place”. Once Royal Mail confirm this, the parcel is considered delivered. We cannot accept responsibility if your chosen safe place is not secure.
Overseas delivery
For overseas orders, the site will calculate the shipping charge to your country during checkout.
Orders within the EU usually take 5–10 working days.
Orders outside the EU usually take 7–21 working days.
Delivery to the United States: We have suspended regular deliveries to the US due to government-imposed tariffs and duties that make it impractical for us to ship there.
About delivery to Spain, Greece, Italy and Portugal: We have suspended regular mail deliveries to these countries due to ongoing problems with the local postal services being exceptionally slow and unreliable, and the customer service issues this causes. We can quote on a bespoke basis for tracked delivery if you contact us with your requirements.
Customs charges: If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility and are beyond our control. However, most of our non-EU customers do not need to pay customs charges.
All overseas orders are sent using tracked services.
General notes
- Address accuracy: please double-check your delivery address when ordering, as we cannot amend addresses after checkout.
- Military addresses: we are happy to send to BFPO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses, provided the parcel meets Royal Mail’s size and weight limits. Please allow extra time.
