These Dyson V8 vacuum cleaners are brand new and come in their original packaging. The model supplied may be either the V8 Standard or V8 Advanced, both of which are functionally identical. The exact colour and included may vary, but all units are genuine Dyson stock.

The V8 remains a popular choice for those wanting a powerful yet lightweight cordless vacuum.

All cordless Dyson machines, contrary to their marketing, are better suited to light use. Often as a secondary machine in the home when a good mains-powered vacuum is the main machine. Dyson offers a confusing array of models, including the V7, V8, V10, V11, V12, and V15, each with various versions and features. In our opinion, some are overpriced and come with unnecessary extras and gimmicks. Some are too heavy. The V8 stands out as a good all-round machine that is reasonably priced. It has been on the market for many years, proving itself as a tried and tested option for those seeking reliable cordless cleaning.

Note: Dyson claims a run time of up to 40 minutes, but this applies to low-power mode without the floor head attached. In real-world use, on carpet with the floor head attached and running on Max power, the actual run time is typically around 6 to 7 minutes.
