This is a dusting brush together with the adaptor that allows it to be used with the following cordless vacuum cleaners:

The red button adaptor fits into your machine and in addition to allowing the dusting tool supplied to be used, allows most tools from the DC16-DC75 to be used (excepting certain cylinder tools).
