Dyson DC04 On/Off Button Removal Tool
This is a new on/off button removal tool to suit all Dyson DC04 models (We don't chew up the button and switch housing figuring out how to get the switch out because we use one of these).
You need this tool to remove the on/off button to replace the switch or access the mains lead.
Yes, it only looks like a bent screwdriver, and to be honest, it is! BUT, it is exactly the right size and curvature to remove the button and access your switch housing with ease, and without damaging the unit.
It is designed for ONLY this purpose on this model (but we use them to do lots of other things too). Every Dyson engineer has one of these, but you can't buy them in the shops!
