This is the rear telescopic hose to suit all DC33 models. It’s the hose that runs up the back of the machine and extends for above-floor cleaning (not the main suction hose from the floorhead).
Common reasons to replace this part:
- Hose split or leaking, causing loss of suction
- Hose won’t extend smoothly or won’t lock into position
- Cracked ends or a loose fit where it clips into the machine
