Please note: This adaptor does NOT fit any electrically-driven tools.

This is our solution to allow owners of Dyson models CY22, CY23, CY26, CY28, UP22, UP24 and UP34 vacuums to use non electrically-driven tools from the Dyson V7, V8, V10, V11 and V15.

If you have a mains powered Dyson that uses red button tools, and you also have a cordless Dyson that uses red button tools, they look the same but are in fact, different sizes and are not interchangeable. This Dyson Medic article explains it in more detail (opens in a new window).

This two-part adaptor was developed by us in response to customer demand, specifically to solve this problem. It allows crevice tools, dusting brushes, Dyson groom tools, vacuum-driven anti-tangle tools and other non-electrically driven tools from the cordless V models stated above to fit your mains-powered CY or UP Dyson.

It has been said above, but we seek to avoid returns, so we won’t apologise for being repetitive: this adaptor will NOT work with any electrically driven tools.

Delivery is charged per order, not per item – and it’s free over £30. Many customers add filters, tools or other parts whilst they’re here to save on a future delivery.
