Dyson V8 (Type E) Main Body

THIS LISTING IS ONLY FOR THE TYPE E MAIN BODY. NOT ALL V8 MAIN BODIES ARE THE SAME.

This is a brand new, genuine Dyson Type E main body assembly (part number 967812‑01), compatible with certain Dyson V8 (SV10) cordless vacuum cleaners. It includes the motor and trigger housing but does not include the dust bin, cyclone, or any tools.

Before buying, please double-check that this is the correct main body for your V8. The easiest way to confirm is by checking your battery. If your Dyson V8 uses a Type E battery (as shown in the final image), then this is the right replacement for you. If your genuine Dyson battery doesn’t have a loop exactly like the one pictured, this part will not fit.

Some aftermarket batteries may have a slightly different loop design, so if you’re using a non-genuine battery and you're unsure, use your serial number instead.

This part will fit machines with serial numbers beginning with: G1M, E4Z, YM8, TT8, RA5, ZW9, ZW8, RA6, H3K, F7Z.

It will not fit if your serial number starts with YA6.
