To repair your machine, you simply need to fit a different motor and fan case seal. Here at Manchester Vacs, we have devised a simple conversion kit that will allow you to easily convert your old Matsushita/Panasonic/UDS1554CNA motor machine into the more popular, later YDK motor version. If your old motor says "Matsushita/Panasonic or UDS1554CNA" on it somewhere, this kit is what you need to repair your machine.

This is a superb quality brand new after-market motor supplied with an appropriate genuine Dyson motor rubber. These two parts are direct replacements for your existing motor and fan case seal. We fit this motor conversion kit to many of our reconditioned Dysons.

This set up is the ONLY way to replace the motor on a DC08 with a Matsushita or Panasonic motor. We sell lots of these conversions all over the world.
