These are 10x new standard UK three pin plugs fitted with a 13 amp fuse.

They were removed from a large batch of new appliances that had to be scrapped due to a manufacturing issue with the appliances themselves, so all the plugs were cut off, hence they all come with a snipped off wire poking out.
